Job Description
Arzion Hiring Denial Coders
Analyze denial trends & root causes
Work on multi-specialty coding (E/M, Surgical, OP/IP, etc.)
Collaborate with AR & billing team to expedite resolutions
Ensure coding accuracy & compliance
Reduce TAT and improve reimbursement outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM
Hands-on experience in denial management
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
CPC/CCA/CCS certification is an added advantage
