Medical Coder (Ortho – E&M IP & Surgery) at Centaur Billing
Location: Adyar, Chennai (Work From Office)
Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate E&M Inpatient (IP) coding
* Handle real-time surgery coding with precision
* Code Orthopedic specialty cases as per guidelines
* Ensure compliance with **CPT, ICD-10-CM, and payer policies
* Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
* Support audits and resolve coding queries
What We’re Looking For:
* CPC certification (Mandatory)
* Proven hands-on experience in E&M IP and Surgery Coding
* Strong expertise in Orthopedic specialty
* Relevant experience in medical coding
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
