We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Inpatient DRG Coder (CPC Certified) to join our growing healthcare team. If you have strong expertise in IP DRG coding and a passion for accuracy and compliance, we’d love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Code moderately complex inpatient charts, including common surgical and medical cases.
• Perform DRG validation and ensure coding accuracy.
• Identify comorbidities (CCs) and ensure compliance with official coding guidelines.
• Work independently while being open to routine audits.
🔹 Requirements:
• Certification: CPC /CCS Mandatory.
• Experience: 3–5 years of inpatient coding experience (IP DRG focus).
• Skills: Proficiency in encoders, EMRs, and coding references.
