✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage ED / EDVM coding teams
Ensure accuracy in ED facility coding and visit leveling
Perform QA audits and productivity tracking
Drive compliance with CMS and payer guidelines
Support denials analysis and appeal readiness
Mentor coders and conduct refresher trainings
Handle escalations and client queries
Maintain SLA and quality benchmarks
🎯 Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in ED / Emergency Department coding
EDVM workflow knowledge
CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, APC
Facility billing & E/M leveling
QA audits & revenue integrity
US payer rules & CMS compliance
Team handling / supervisory experience.
