📢 Open Positions (US Healthcare – Onsite, Ahmedabad)
1️⃣ Jr./Sr. AR Caller (0.6–3 Yrs) Manage AR operations, aging, payment follow-ups, and email communication. Strong communication & understanding of AR workflows.
2️⃣ Medical Biller (1–3 Yrs) Hands-on experience in US medical billing, coding basics & billing regulations. Strong accuracy, attention to detail & time management.
3️⃣ Medical Coder – CPC (1–3 Yrs) Accurate coding & abstraction of patient encounters. Review medical records, ensure documentation accuracy & support coding team.
4️⃣ Senior Team Lead (3–5 Yrs) Lead and monitor team performance, ensure KPIs/SLA achievement. Provide coaching, training & process improvement support.
5️⃣ Asst. Manager (10+ Yrs) Strong RCM domain expertise & proven team-handling. Ensure TAT, quality, training, documentation & client updates. Only candidates with Asst. Manager / Sr. TL title on paper will be considered.
All positions require Ahmedabad-based candidates willing to work onsite.
