➤ Strong understanding of HCC and E&M Coding –IP & OP, exposure to minor procedures and denial management
➤ Decent understanding of RCM
➤ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
➤ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
➤ Experience managing a team of 15+ coders
